We have worked closely together for over a decade, previously overseeing all capital markets, acquisition and disposition, development, construction, and portfolio management (operational) activity for a $3.5b real estate investment trust. A 4.5x multiple was achieved on overall equity market capitalization during our tenure. We were the lead architects in the creation and strategic execution of a multi-year plan to increase the company’s FFO multiple (increased from 12x to 15x in 18 months from plan implementation). We also recently closed another partnership venture to new investments after reaching a GAV of $125mm within 12 months.
